The Korea Culture and Tourism Institute(KCTI) is the sole government-established policy research institution in the field of Culture, Arts, Tourism and Cultural Industry in Korea. Since its opening in 2002, the KCTI has achieved remarkable growth in terms of quantity and quality.
The Korea Culture and Tourism Institute has played a pivotal role in leading the Korea's dramatic transition from a manufacturing powerhouse to a cultural powerhouse through its research, evaluation, and assessment of Culture, Arts, Tourism and Cultural Industry.
The Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, celebrating its 20th anniversary of establishment, will take on the role of a think-tank in creating policy platform for the advancement of Culture, Arts, Cultural Industries and Tourism promotion, aiming to enhance the quality of life, affinity for weak and promote the spread of K-Culture. We will dedicate ourselves with a sense of pride and honors, believing that all our efforts contribute to the happinessof the people and our country's advancement. With our hearts and minds, we will contribute to support for Korea to leap into a world-class "Culturally Attractive Nation."
